Consoyevo is a company of the Körber Group that provides turnkey solutions in the field of logistics, namely automatic warehouses, AGVs, among others. In this project, Consoyevo incorporated a robotic cell in the supply of an automatic warehouse to the company Fortissue.
EST was contacted by Consoyevo to design and implement a Robotic Cell to receive the Units (sets of 8 bales), cut the wires surrounding the Unit, depalletise the bales of the unit, remove the wires from each bale and finally check for the presence of wires in each bale.
This project has enabled the automation of the wires removing process that surround the unit, automation of depalletising the bales of the unit, automation of the detection and removal of the wires from each bale. Automatic verification of presence/absence of wire in the bale after the bale leaves the robot 2.
