During the ceremony at Celbi, chaired by the Prime Minister, António Costa, CELBI, a company belonging to the Group Altri, shared with the PM, and with the other elements of Portuguese Government, the new investments to be made in their manufacturing units. At this ceremony, Altri and the Portuguese Government signed two contracts of investment, in the amount of EUR 125 million.
Framed in this investment, EST is to be carried out two new production lines in the park of wood - wood handling - in Celbi to the Finnish company, Raumaster. These erection works require several specialties, such as installation, electricity, lighting and industrial automation. Installation and Industry Altri requirement represent the main activity of EST: Industrial Electricity. Through these areas EST has developed the best technical solutions and the most economical ones, that fit all requirements and needs of our customer. About instrumentation, EST works with high quality standard products, and ensure the use of machinery and equipment in perfect working condition with the use of measuring instruments in all production processes.
The Group Altri is dedicated to the production of paper pulp in its three units - Caima in Constancia, Celtejo in Vila Velha de Ródão, and Celbi in Figueira da Foz. The group exports about 95% of its production to Europe, but also for China and the rest of the world.
