Today, the accuracy and flexibility of dosing systems must be increased, in order to fulfil the total traceability demands for animal feed industry. For that, production data must be automatic generated and archived from the intake of raw materials until the expedition of final product, either in bags or bulk material.
The client it is specialist in animal nutrition products production, like vitamins, substitution milk, minerals composites, etc. In order to increase the products quality and production capacity, the client decided to renew the rant automation system DOSEST, with about 13 years, also developed and implemented by EST.
The mainly demand, was to change the older automation system, for a new one, that between other new functions and advantages, allowed the implementation of complete and accuracy production system.
